Shipping
Your order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Then allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery in mainland France.
- Free tracked shipping from your first order, no minimum.
- A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves.
- Each lamp ships packed in a rigid, padded box, as the stone is fragile.
If your parcel is late, write to us: we chase the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, we send you a new lamp or refund you in full.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, with no need to give a reason (the legal withdrawal period is 14 days; we extend it to 30 days).
- Write to us at contact@albeaco.com with your order number.
- We send you a prepaid return label: the return is at our expense.
- Put the lamp back in its original packaging and drop the parcel at a pick-up point or post office.
- The full refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the parcel, to the payment method used for the order.
The product must be returned complete (lamp and cable) and in resaleable condition. A lamp damaged through improper use cannot be taken back on this basis — but it remains covered by the legal warranties below.
Damaged on arrival
Stone is fragile and transport sometimes brings surprises. Send us a photo of the parcel and the lamp in the days following delivery: we send a new lamp or refund you, with no return at your expense.
Warranties
Every lamp benefits from the 2-year legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. The battery, LED and electronics are covered. Details are in article 9 of our terms of sale.
